A Brooklyn native, Bebe Miller studied dance as a child at the Henry Street Settlement. She graduated from The Ohio State University and danced with Nina Wiener before forming her own company in 1985. Bebe Miller Company  has appeared at MoMing and the Dance Center of Columbia College in Chicago. Miller has created more than 50 works for the company, received four Bessie Awards, and is Distinguished Professor Emerita in Dance at Ohio State.
