Chicago's feelings towards Ballet

Tom Gold is a dancer, choreographer, and founding director of Tom Gold Dance. He was a member of the New York City Ballet and has worked with artists such as Ruth Page, George Balanchine, and William Forsythe. Gold has created works for television, dance companies, and festivals around the country.

"You can teach someone how to dance, you can teach them to look this way or that way, but you can't teach personality."

"So when I came to New York I felt extremely prepared to go into a big large company where one might get lost if you don't have the discipline and drive to keep up with that kind of schedule."
